Looking forward to FALL 😍😩 🥮

Snuggled up on the patio

I look beyond the screen at life

Birds, jumbled in groups to travel

A few scavengers flying by

Trees, clothed and naked

Distract my mind from present distress

From wars, and famine

And every issue, great or less

Their leaves hum brightly

In colors of autumn, tangerine and brown

How could I have gone so long,

Without seeing God's beautiful sound?

The wind moves a billow

Of raked leaves, melodiously all over

A clear sky of pale blue

Dotted with clouds lingering lower

I could smell from near and afar, all

recipes good, and right

Someone in the baking spirit,

mixing pumpkin and cinnamon spice
